Venatôre Appoints Randy D. Bishop as Chief Growth Officer to Drive Strategic Expansion

Bishop as Chief Growth Officer (CGO). In this role, Bishop will lead the company’s strategic growth initiatives, forge high-impact partnerships, and expand Venatôre’s capabilities to meet the evolving needs of its national security customers.
Bishop brings over three decades of leadership experience across the Department of Defense and private industry. He is recognized as a trusted advisor to senior defense and intelligence leaders, with deep expertise in intelligence operations, data analytics, cybersecurity, and advanced technology integration. His career includes senior executive roles at Exiger, Code-X, Key Logic, Guardtime, and Kingfisher Systems, where he consistently delivered mission-aligned growth, shaped federal cybersecurity policy, and developed innovative solutions to safeguard the nation’s most critical assets.

Bishop, a 20-year veteran of the Air Force, actively contributes to the cybersecurity and technology community as a MACH37 Cyber Accelerator mentor and Executive Council Member of the Government Blockchain Association. He has also served in leadership roles for nonprofit organizations, including President and Chairman of the Board for the Energy Child Development Center and Board Member of the Integra Center, supporting veterans, families, and innovation. Bishop holds a PGIP in Strategic Intelligence from the National Intelligence University and a B.A. in Criminal Justice from Columbia College, along with specialized studies in counterintelligence and counterterrorism at the Institute of World Politics.
