Maria Martinkov Bio

Maria Martinkov leads Venatôre, providing defense technology integration solutions for secure, resilient execution across multi-domain environments. With over two decades of experience in government contracting, stabilization, and national security technologies, Maria directs our global operations supporting five U.S. combatant commands and international missions.

Known for her strategic vision and bold leadership, Maria drives our core capabilities in Cyber Resiliency, Digital Infrastructure, Data Dominance, Supply Chain Management, and Software-Defined Advantage—leveraging advanced Zero Trust principles, AI analytics, and DevSecOps methodologies.

Previously, Maria served as Managing Partner at Palladium Group, overseeing a $350 million global portfolio in data analytics, supply chain management, and economic growth programs across more than 45 countries.

Maria holds an Executive MBA from George Washington University, an M.A. in International Relations, and executive certificates from GWU Law School and Harvard Business School. She currently serves on the ISOA Board of Directors.
