Randy D. Bishop Bio
Randy D. Bishop serves as Venatôre’s Chief Growth Officer (CGO), leading strategic growth initiatives, forging high-impact partnerships, and expanding capabilities to meet the evolving needs of national security customers.
With over three decades of leadership spanning the U.S. Air Force, federal government, and private industry, Bishop is recognized as a trusted advisor to senior defense and intelligence leaders, with deep expertise in intelligence operations, data analytics, cybersecurity, and advanced technology integration. His career includes senior executive roles at Exiger, Code-X, Key Logic Inc., Guardtime, and Kingfisher Systems, where he delivered mission-aligned growth, shaped federal cybersecurity policy, and developed innovative solutions to protect the nation’s most critical assets.
A 20-year Air Force veteran, Bishop holds a PGIP in Strategic Intelligence from the National Intelligence University, a B.A. in Criminal Justice from Columbia College, and specialized studies in counterintelligence and counterterrorism at the Institute of World Politics. He actively contributes to the cybersecurity and technology community as a MACH37 Cyber Accelerator mentor and Executive Council Member of the Government Blockchain Association. He has also served in nonprofit leadership roles, including President and Chairman of the Board for the Energy Child Development Center and Board Member of the Integra Center, supporting veterans, families, and innovation.
